Since establishing the firm, he has represented private and institutional clients in multi-layered corporate and commercial transactions, including full turnkey real estate developments, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets engagements, employment and labour matters, maritime law, oil and gas transactions, and energy sector advisory.
Dr. Osemwegie regularly advises for-profit and non-profit enterprises, including fintech and blockchain ventures, on formation, syndication, acquisition, financing, development, intellectual property structuring, and asset optimization. He serves as trusted counsel to domestic and international high-profile clients and acts as general counsel to multiple startups operating across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr. Osemwegie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ibadan, an LL.B from the University of Lagos, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He also earned an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, and a Ph.D. in Private and Property Law from the University of Lagos.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom.

Tokunbo Fayemi and Demola Folarin; a Firm that specializes in modern corporate practice covering the areas of shipping, oil and gas, banking, corporate practice, real property and international law. He possesses special skills in the areas of fund raising through private placements and public issues and participated in several corporate restructuring as a result thereof. He administered the firm as its pioneer managing partner at commencement. He has also served on the boards of several private companies over the years.

• Community Compensation Negotiation: Negotiated compensatory rewards for an aggrieved community and families of the deceased due to electrocution incidents caused by an electricity distribution company’s inaction.
• Led the defense in a NGN 2 billion lawsuit against the Federal Inland Revenue Service for alleged illegal actions.
• Successfully prosecuted the National Assembly in a civil suit for undue interference in a Public-Private Partnership involving foreign investors in the health sector.

Efe’s academic involvement includes part-time roles as a teaching and research assistant in subjects such as Civil Procedure, Common Law, Civil Liability (Torts), and intellectual Property Law.
