This includes but not limited to, full-tunkey real estate development transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital market, employment/labour law, maritime law, oil and gas law and energy law.
Dr. Osemwegie regularly counsels for-profit and non-profit business clients, including blockchain and FinTech clients, in-formation, syndication, acquisition, financing, development and sale, intellectual property and other traditional business assets. He also represents many domestic and international high-profile clients, as well as serves as general counsel to several start-ups’ companies doing business in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa. Ever since founding Ranbrook Partners LP, his mission and focus have always been on finding ways to bring most value to the firm’s clients, to their families and to their business.
Dr. Uyi currently serves as the Founding/Principal Partner at Ranbrook Partners LP, a full-service Law firm located in Lagos, Nigeria. where his is responsible for the entire organizational structure of the firm and providing industry expertise and advisory services to private individual, corporate clientele, foundations, philanthropists, family offices, social enterprises, charities, NGOs, impact investors, CSR decision-makers, impact assessment organizations, financial institutions, and their associations. He is well travelled and well versed in the intricacies of transacting business internationally.
Dr. Osemwegie is an Accounting graduate, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with major in (finance) from the University of Ibadan, he also holds an LL. B in Law from the University of Lagos, BL from The Nigerian Law School. Dr. Uyi holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. And a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Private and Property Law from the University of Lagos. Prince Babatunde established Fayemi, Folarin, Sonoiki & Co as a joint partner with Messrs. Tokunbo Fayemi and Demola Folarin; a Firm that specializes in modern corporate practice covering the areas of shipping, oil and gas, banking, corporate practice, real property and international law. He possesses special skills in the areas of fund raising through private placements and public issues and participated in several corporate restructuring as a result thereof. He administered the firm as its pioneer managing partner at commencement. He has also served on the boards of several private companies over the years.

- Debt Recovery: Led a team of lawyers to recover over NGN 100 million for a leading leasing company in Abuja, Nigeria (2014-2015).
- Community Compensation Negotiation: Negotiated compensatory rewards for an aggrieved community and families of the deceased due to electrocution incidents caused by an electricity distribution company’s inaction.
- Led the defense in a NGN 2 billion lawsuit against the Federal Inland Revenue Service for alleged illegal actions.
- Successfully prosecuted the National Assembly in a civil suit for undue interference in a Public-Private Partnership involving foreign investors in the health sector.

Efe’s academic involvement includes part-time roles as a teaching assistant, where she has graded postgraduate assignments and term papers, and provided feedback in subjects such as Civil Procedure, Common Law, Civil Liability (Torts), and Legal Practice in Canada.
